They are some resistors. Like R6 and R29 that are not listed in the picture for the radio stack V2. What should we do with those?

Anyone been able to order boards with the current Gerber files? If so, who made them for you. My go to source cannot validate the files.

I'd like to get my hands on one of these boards but it seems like there are issues that need to be ironed out in order for manufacturing can happen.
With the new Sim coming out, I'd imagine there would be some interest in keeping this project going.

I'm in Toronto and would like to start this part of my project. Thanks

They gave me a 2nd set, so I can sell them to you. However, there's an outstanding snag - 2 resistors on the board are not on the parts list. I'm trying to hunt this info down. When I do, I'll let you know and we can figure out something to get those boards to you.

I'd really like to keep this project alive. The original guy put so much work into this, it'll be a shame it dies off

Regards AlbEagle R29 is the middle resistor and it goes from (OMI lights) in this case is the I to pin 4 in the middle LED Pins. R6 is between NAV1 Pot and NAV1 Switch and connects to the MAX Nav1 Active chip. R29 is 220 Ohm R6 is 10kOhm Regards AlbEagle

AlbEagle,
Do you have a componant list, as i see some differences in the listing and the links to the components on the site. In the list you speak about 100nf capacitors and in the buying list they are 50V 0.1uF.
As im new to electronics it would be nice to have a BOM (list) for the Radio stack this makes it easier to buy all the componants.
Mike
PS ordered the PCB boards today at the Hongkong company.

Hi Mike, The list remains the same, links have probably changed because i have posted them a while back and i didn't have time to check them but it should be easy to search on ebay or aliexpress. Regarding the capacitors, it is the same, 100 nf is the same as 0.1 uf. If you want to search in nf then search for 100nf, if you want to search with uf than look for 0.1 uf. Regards AlbEagle

Davbow, My boards will arrive monday, so if they look good i willing to part with a set. PM me for details
AlbEagle, Thanks, its been a while to be into electrionics. Building this Radio Stack is going to be a challange but fun, i will be using the strips as show in your second example, i believe its easier than building all the modules. Will be printing the Faceplates with a 3D printer Prusa or will get them done with a CNC/Router and Laser engraver, waiting for the qoute. As for the rest im folloing your site so expect it will all work.
Great Job,
Mike

Hi everyone, I have found some free time lately and I have done some fixes in the Radiostack and Arduino Shield. Changes: 1. Fixed the Transponder 5 pin switch alignment, now the 5 position switch should fit in place 2. Fixed GND Pin issue in the Encoder, Switches and Leds connections 3. Radiostack pins aligned with Arduino Shield pins. 4. Arduino's extra ports (the rest of them) now usable Before I publish the gerber files, if you guys have any other issues, let me know and i will fix it (or maybe if you list all the issues you have had and I will go one by one and fix them).
