I use the low pushbutton version in the clock, fit really nice. About the bezels i need the cutout diagrams per bezel in 2D for a cnc or router table. I will get it to be done exernaly as i dont have the capabilities. I found that the potentio meters and the encoders in use are not high enough, same with the switches for like DME. I need to think how to revise all on that side. I can cut a bit off the 7 seg displays so they end up lower. Ill tell you after the weekend. As for the sim - Switch panel done - Trim and fuel control (Middle colom) done. Now its mnassive time needed to program airmanager on the radio. I think when done i will make a manual how to build this as there are many small details that where/are not on the web page.
But we can manage all....... L)

I have plastic EC12 encoders with long shaft for the double encoders, the EC11 encoders I use for autopilot have the same height. I'm planning to use a 4mm thick panel, this way the encoder shafts will be just long enough to mount a knob on it. (+/-5mm)
For the small on/off switches I will make a bigger/higher knob to fit on switches.
This evening I planning to make the double encoders. And maybe tommorow milling a prototype of the radiopanel out of thin plywood, just to check and adjust the position of the components between PCB and my drawing. Then I can finish the drawing with all the text on it and make final radiopanel.
woow, then you already did alot of work!

The bezel for the OAT/clock is still under construction, I'm waiting for the 6x6mm micro switches I have ordered. Once finished I'll add them and let you know. Also still waiting for components to continue working on the radiostack.
Hi, Could you share the link for EC11 encoders that you used for the 3d print bezels(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4619180) you designed? Thanks

Which country are you ordering from, naokiy?
Usually just entering EC11 encoder on eBay gets you the right ones
