Hi Alb,
Got a question, i have drilled the hole in the EC11 ALPS encoder and im ready to mount them but where do i connect the switch for the freq changeover. On your button it says pull 8.33mhz but there is no switch connection on the PCB?
Only the 6 holes for the 2x3 encoder so (going from top to bottom- A=clock B=ground C=DT) correct

There are the switches for frequency swap. Encoders only change the freq on srandby than you use the switches to swap those frequencies and make them active.

Hi Polair, In real life you can actually pull the encoder knob for advanced functions.

They look great!, love to have them once finished to print them.
ALPS EC11: I found that the EC11 from ALPS (Plastic axel) is good to make the encoder but you will destroy the switch, i have done 4 encoders and all work but the switch is dead in all of them. Just as info. in the netherlands they cost about 1.80 EURO each

If your encoders have the same D-shaft dimensions (diameter 6mm, D-width 4,5mm) then I can send you the files sooner by email. The hole in the small knob has diameters 3mm as I'll use a 3mm wood nail as encoder shaft, can change it for you if you want.
