this is an amazing project, just love it,
almost finished soldering all the components waiting for some part : (
while working on the board I found a few minor problems:
1. all the regular pin headers (back lighting and com1/2 ext pins) do not have standard spacing for pins.
2. the holes for the IDNT switch are too small - had to drill them a bit.
3. R6 and R29 do not appear in the part list
4. the encoders on the bottom are missing the holes for the clamps (like for the dual ones and the switches)
5. don't know if it's relevant in the sim but all the dual encoders I found also have a push button, had to fold the 2 pins to solder them, would be great if they could be used?
one issue with the bottom part of the face plate:
the transponder 5 pos switch hole is almost 1cm misaligned to the bottom left.
other then these tiny issues all went great
