Actually it should be the same I think. I tried to explain the steps again on this pdf file. Give it a try and let me know. NM and KT letters.pdf (177.33 KB) Note: 0A is the number zero and the letter A.

I think I have the wrong displays, ordered the ones with the full pin setup instead of the missing pins that I have. Can you help me understand the Auto Pilot display functions? what each group of displays do. This will help me set them up in X-Plane config.

When I designed the radio, I wanted to have the Cessna 172 radio stack because I wanted mostly to fly with the Cessna, but I also wanted to have the main displays for the autopilot to use with Boeing or Airbus as described below:

Thank you all for your support and assistance. This is my first attempt at laser cutting or engraving. Now back to the programming for X-plane and more parts.

Looking already great! Couldn't you make the text whiter, it would look even better. Once you put the knobs and the tinted plastics on the displays it will look fantastic!

Don't know how, this was 4 coats of white and 2 of Flat black. I had to use black acrylic because the frosted material wouldn't cut.

I am not familiar with laser cuting/engraving as I don't own one myself, but it has turned out great this way too.
