Great project! Your dedication to the sim is admirable.
What are the dimensions for your DIY Radio Stack? I'm interested in making a radio stack for a Cessna 172SP radio, similar to the one you have. I'm interested in using a laser cutter to cut an acrylic sheet, with spaces for the dials and buttons, and the design program for the cutter is an open-source called inkscape (https://inkscape.org/en/). The program uses .svg file-types; if you can post your dimensions, or maybe the file in that format, I would be forever grateful.
Thanks again, and nice project!

Hi there Alan Sorry for the late reply. Radio Stack dimensions are 20cm x 35cm. On the website you can find AutoCad files (dwg) as well as ArtCam files which you can modify according to your needs. I use artcam for my CNC router so i don't have svg files but i found a post on internet on how to convert the dwg to svg. You can search on google for more. convert dwg to svgHere is the link of the files from the website. Inside you can find the AutoCad and Artcam file. Radio Stack filesRegards AlbEagle
